xEAD is an EAD encoding program. It is written in Java and therefore the user must have jre 1.4.0 or later. This program was designed for the Windows platform.
Download xEAD.: To open this file you must save it to your computer then unzip XEAD.zip. A folder will be created that contains xEAD-06-27-08.jar. This file is the current version of xEAD.
